2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the crikex Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules ("Additional Terms"), constitute the entire legal agreement between the Player and crikex governing use of the Platform and all Services.
2.2 By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the crikex Platform, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms in full. Acceptance is binding from the moment of first use or registration, whichever occurs earlier.
2.3 Where Additional Terms apply to a specific product, promotion, or feature, those Additional Terms shall be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a direct conflict between Additional Terms and these Terms & Conditions, the Additional Terms shall prevail with respect to that specific product or promotion.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. Pakistani players agree that the English-language version constitutes the definitive and legally binding text.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the crikex Platform and all Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. No exceptions apply.
3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, the Player warrants that they possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the crikex Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. crikex makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
3.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. crikex employs mandatory KYC age verification for all accounts. Any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and, where legally required, the matter referred to the relevant regulatory authority. crikex reserves the right to withhold winnings generated by underage players and to recover any amounts already paid out in error.
3.5 Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a crikex Account: (a) employees of crikex or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by crikex; (d) individuals prohibited by applicable law from using online gaming services.
4.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) crikex Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. crikex will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify crikex immediately via live chat or email if they become aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.
4.4 Account Transfer. crikex Accounts are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
4.5 Shared Devices and Households. Where multiple individuals within the same household wish to hold crikex Accounts, each individual must register separately using distinct personal information, mobile numbers, and payment credentials. crikex reserves the right to investigate and restrict accounts that share device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods as a fraud prevention measure.
5.1 crikex operates under a licensed gaming framework that mandates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Player accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary policy.

6.2 Currency. All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to Player balances. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
6.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to a Player's Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on the banking institution. crikex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6.4 Funds Ownership. By depositing funds into a crikex Wallet, the Player warrants that the funds are their own, derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
6.5 Deposit Fees. crikex does not charge fees on standard deposits. Players should be aware that their bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which crikex bears no responsibility.
6.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set deposit limits on their crikex Account at any time through the responsible gaming section of Account Settings. Requests to increase existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made from the cash balance portion of a Player's Wallet. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.

Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled according to their stated terms. crikex shall not be liable for website or connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing or cancelling an in-play wager.
8.4 Odds Errors. In the event that odds are displayed in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue, crikex reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes refunded to their Wallet.

10.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by crikex are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading all applicable terms before activating a bonus.
10.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotional offer and represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
10.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 10.7 Right to Modify or Withdraw. crikex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice to Players who have not yet opted in to that offer.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikex Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
11.2 crikex reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to confirmed prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension; permanent Account termination; forfeiture of all Account balances including both cash and bonus funds; recovery of any winnings paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct; referral to relevant law enforcement, regulatory, or sports governing authorities.

12.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all crikex Account holders through the Account Settings:

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the crikex Platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any crikex intellectual property.
13.3 Use of any crikex trademarks, logos, or brand elements — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes — without explicit prior written consent from crikex is strictly prohibited.
14.1 The crikex Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available." crikex makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any specific feature or Service.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the crikex Platform, including but not limited to:
14.3 In all circumstances, crikex's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their crikex Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.1 Termination by crikex. crikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) crikex is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) the Account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or AML-triggering activity; (d) the Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) crikex determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
15.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their crikex Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Requests to close an Account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be actioned within 24 hours. Requests to close an Account for other reasons will be actioned following any pending withdrawal processing.
15.3 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of these Terms exists, any remaining verified cash balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method. Where an Account is terminated by crikex for breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach is confirmed.

16.4 Bet Dispute Time Limit. Any dispute regarding the settlement or validity of a specific bet must be raised within thirty (30) days of the bet's settlement. crikex will not investigate or overturn bets where a dispute is raised outside this period except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
17.1 crikex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the crikex Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material amendments may additionally be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification.
17.2 Continued use of the crikex Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amended Terms. Players who do not wish to accept amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
17.3 crikex will aim to provide reasonable advance notice — typically not less than 7 days — of material amendments to these Terms, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory authority or law enforcement requirement.
